Duke is a game behind North Carolina in the ACC standings, but the Blue Devils lead the conference in the classroom (along with Virginia) with two ACC All-Academic selections in Greg Paulus and Brian Zoubek.

Here’s the ACC’s All-Academic team, which was released by the conference this morning, with players’ years in school and field of study:

- Jack McClinton, Miami, senior, Sport Administration.

Congratulations to these fine young men. It is hard to play college sports and excell in the classroon. They have done a good job.

I believe Greg Paulus is a National Academic All American for the second or third time in a row.
