Also, the Wolfpack has a date - 7 p.m. on Nov. 12 at the RBC Center - for its season opener against Georgia State.
Because of scheduling conflicts, N.C. State had to petition the NCAA to get an early start to the season. When the ACC released its schedule Tuesday, the Wolfpack's opener had been listed as TBA.

Those are really ugly. The BB program is the laughing stock of the league on all levels now. Thank God for TOB. maybe one day the BB program will hire a savior as well.
Ken - Would be great if you could write an article about fan reaction to the uniform. The overwhelming majority hate this uniform. I'd be interested in who designed it and who approved it.
Those uniforms match well with the little sissy yapping puppy hand gesture. Sissy is as sissy does.
Who cares what they look like? They're red and white and say "NC SATE". At least they're not purple or orange or powder blue. What a bunch of fashion divas.

I'm a huge State supporter and these uniforms are an atrocity. I haven't found a single State fan that isn't disgusted. What is going on with this program? Who signed off on this?

I have been a N.C. State fan my entire life. These jerseys don't disgust me. The constant losing year after year is what is doing it. I would give anything to a year where we had a realistic shot at making a deep run in the tourney. Heck, I would settle for getting to the tourney this year. I cannot believe with all the crap State fans have to gripe about we are whining about our basketball uniforms. They are not too bad compare to the unitards we wore back in the Les Robinson years.
Unitards with royal blue trim were worn in 89-90 under Jimmy V. Les's team's never wore that crap.
Hell yeah, I'm with the rest of you - who the hell cares. It's more important that they aren't a "sissy color" like powder blue. No need to be confused with sissys that win national championships.
I don't care what the uniforms look like. It will undoubtedly look better than the performance the team puts forth on the court.
