Wake Forest lands junior guard

New Wake Forest University basketball coach Jeff Bzdelik received his first commitment when junior Chase Fischer, described by his high school coach as the best kept secret in the country, chose the Deacons.

Fisher, a 6-foot-4 guard at Ripley, W. Va., led West Virginia in scoring with more than 33 points per game.

Ever since Roy threw the Pres. fan out of the nose dome, things have soured. Now that the twins have jumped ship, UNC-CH doesn't have a frontcourt except "Ears" Zeller. Looks like another losing season for Ol Roy!

Amazing. This article isn't even about Carolina, yet some Tar Heel Hater decides to bring up Carolina. Trust and believe UNC will return to its dominating ways next year. The Wears were an overrated novelty act.

Congrats to Wake for signing this guy.
